World of Wine - France: Bordeaux and the South West

 Bordeaux is probably the worlds' most famous wine region - renowned for wines such as Chateaux Margaux and Mouton-Rothschild which can sell at £1000's per bottle.  But there is much more to this warm, south-westerly part of France.  It is here that the climate and soils are perfectly suited to Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and deliciously vibrant and complex whites from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.  If you thought that Bordeaux was just expensive red wines - this tasting will show you why you should try Bordeaux and other wines from this diverse region.  Delicious food with reds and whites to suit every budget.
