Port and Cheese Evening
What better time of year then Christmas to warm your cockles with a rich, decadent glass of Port and some comforting cheese!
We'll begin the evening with a brief history of the Porto region and Port production and then taste a variety of styles such as Ruby,Tawny, LBV and Vintage Port.
These fabulous wines will all be carefully matched with cheeses from mild and creamy Celtic Capra through to buttery Lancashire Kirkham and floral and sweet Beenleigh Blue to name a few!
Fully tutored 2 hour tasting of 6 wines.
