London Wine Tasting

A very warm welcome to North London Wine School! We are a local, independent wine education school who specialise in fun and informal wine tasting in London and also run professional wine courses from WSET.

We love our wine (cheese, Champagne and Spirits!), and we know that there are lots of you out there who share our passion, so we have a huge range of wine tasting experiences and courses designed to suit all tastes and interests.

Wine Tasting

Our wine tasting evenings and evening wine courses are open to everyone and make for a fantastic and fun gift or experience. Do you have no previous wine experience? Don't worry, we take the snob out of wine and focus on learning about different wines in a fun, relaxed and informal environment. On the evenings you will:

Learn about wine in a friendly and social environment
Taste a wide range of wines side by side so that you can taste the difference
Receive impartial advice on other wines you might like to try
Learn how to pair wine with food

If you already know what wine you like, but want to find and learn more, then our courses show you how you can pick new wines from restaurant wine lists and supermarket shelves with confidence. It's all about squeezing a drop more enjoyment out of your wine drinking!

As we are not affiliated to any wine merchants or retailers, we can offer unbiased, honest and independent advice on your wine needs. All our tastings & courses are also available as gift vouchers.

Saturday Courses

A great way to spend the day learning about wine, with a glass of Champagne to begin and a 2 course lunch! Saturday Intro

WSET Courses

If you're interested in something more formal you may be interested in courses from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET). WSET have been providing education for wine professionals since 1989, and their qualifications are recognised the world over.

As a WSET Approved Program Provider we run WSET Level 1 and WSET Level 2 courses. These can be conducted as face-to-face, tutor-led classes at our school in Camden, or alternatively taken online with self- study and access to an online WSET tutor, with the final exam taken in Camden. In addition to our regular events and courses, we can put together the perfect, bespoke private wine tasting experience for you. Whether it be for a birthday, anniversary, hen party, corporate event, or even as part of your office Christmas party, we can work with you to deliver a fun, personalized and informative event for you.
